Despite a widely held assumption that we who choose to shoot film do so because we hate digital photography, most of us also shoot digital. In fact, we choose film because we love film! This shouldn't come as a surprise. As Chris Weeks said in my interview with him, they are the "best full-frame sensors out there ... those rectangles of film." Of course, there are more types of film than the 35mm film to which he referred. Here are a few of the reasons we love to shoot film!

I'm a neutral in the whole film vs digital debate though. People should just use what they like.
